v  I always perform to prepare HSE proposal, Plan, Policy & implementation of Process and Occupational Safety & Risk Management and HSE Design calculations and studies as per Client Organization standards for achieving / ensuring Operational Integrity. Ensure that requirements of Process Safety & Risk Management pertaining to Safety Section are fully complied and help other areas to do so along with updating of relevant records.
v  Prepare HSE plan for sites and support the site managers in order to execute the safety plan.
v  Liaises with onsite leadership and management to create facility specific HSE goals, priorities project design activities and key performance measures.
v  Provide guidance & Technical HSE Solution and training to personnel on HSE design, procedures, and standards. Conduct audits of company operations as required, supporting applicable HSE standards for compliance of Company policies.
v  Implement and monitor compliance with Permit to Work, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Work Safe Procedures and Risk Assessments (Operational Risk Management) Standards as required.
v  Implement and monitor compliance of process safety management system
v  Monitor work sites and operations to ensure that a safety culture exists, encouraging employees to take total ownership and be accountable and responsible for occupational and process safety.
v  Lead and/or participate in HSE related incident investigations, including Journey Managements etc.
v  Encourage a sustainable development culture through education on conservation of energy, reduce greenhouse
v  Lead & participate in Pre-Startup Safety Review of new projects / modifications of existing facilities to ensure adherence to relevant standards and facilities built as per specification.
v  Lead / participate in safety incidents investigations, FTA, review & publish incident flyers / lesson learnt reports for education of employees & to prevent recurrence.
v  Lead & participate in various PHA activities at plant site to ensure that the quality of PHAs is maintained.
v  Steward PHA recommendations. Update the status to present it to concerned management including Head HSE.
v  Develop Key performance indicators status.
v  Conduct incident analysis (as per requirement) & recommend measures to the management / line organization to prevent recurrence for achieving corporate safety objectives and targets.
v  Conduct management safety audits (walk-thru audits) to ensure safe execution of the jobs by the line organization in the field.
v  Conduct safety orientation of new employees regarding safety systems / procedures & responsibilities.
v  Identify & impart training to supervisors & employees to enable them to fulfill their safety responsibilities. This includes Weekly simulated exercises/training of emergency squad.
v  Audit / Inspection of safety equipment installed in the areas & placed in fire truck/safety room to ensure that it is in good working condition.
v  Assist line management in creating safety awareness and attitudes throughout the workforce thru monthly and weekly ‘Safety meetings’ & sending safety awareness literature as and when required.
v  Keep Process Safety / Emergency & Contractor’s site specific procedures & checklists etc. updated for ready reference by employees.
v  Monitor and Implement HSEQ management system, as per HSEQ Management Safety Procedures, throughout the organization to provide assurance to the management that system is in place to support smooth and safe operational activities.
v  Participate in the review of all HSEQ critical activities related to E & P Life cycle. Assess associated HSEQ matters and recommend input accordingly.
v  Ensure proactive compliance to established HSEQ protocols laid down by regulatory bodies such as relevant EPA & Chief Inspector of Mines etc. Ensure that activities related to HSEQ management are consistent with company’s HSEQ policy and applicable HSEQ legislations. Review & update HSEQ legal register developed for operational activities as per applicable HSEQ laws and regulations.
v  Prepare and administer annual capital and operating HSEQ budget taking into account the Company’s long-term production requirements and anticipated requirements for future field developments and expansions. Monitor the budget expenditure to meet the agreed KPI’s.
v  Develop, review and/ or maintain the Medivac Plans and conduct emergency response training, conforming to Company Guidelines on Crisis and Emergency Management, for effective management and response to emergencies, preventing and/ or minimizing harm to people, environment, assets and company reputation.
v  Prepare HSEQ Daily reports and highlight any HSEQ critical issue to the supervisor requiring immediate action.
v  Ensure inclusion of Explicit HSEQ requirements for major and small contracts in coordination with concerned departments.
v  Report all HSEQ non-compliances (Unsafe acts / unsafe conditions), analyze and follow timely closures.
v  Participate in the Contractor/ Vendor HSEQ Pre-Qualification assessment exercise and technical evaluations during the process of contract renewal or establishment of new contract as and when requested by contract administrators.

 Providing proper training to staff regarding fire safety and escape planes.
 Installation of fire extinguishers and first aid kits.
 Conducting meetings with management regarding HSE findings and issues.
 Qualitative Risk Assessment & process safety management.
 Risk assessment of manufacturing processes, work practices and facilities.
 To conduct training of whole factory staff on various process and general safety management topics.
 To implement aspects of Health and safety and Fire prevention systems.
 Develop QSHE systems, including policies, procedures and manuals.
 Address to the Corrective Action Report and Preventive action report and make sure all CARs’ should close with the given time frame and maintaining their record.
